Services may be affected by factors such as climate, improper maintenance, or substrate condition, and these are excluded from warranty. 

 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content on this Website (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Pro-Tect Concrete Coating or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. 

5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS: Quotes provided through the Website are non-binding and subject to change following an on-site assessment. Pro-Tect Concrete Coating does not offer refunds on deposits or completed work. All sales are considered final once materials have been ordered or installation has commenced.

However, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and products. If any issue arises due to our error or a product defect, we will inspect and, if confirmed, repair the affected area at no cost to the customer.

• The surface has been properly maintained.
   
• The issue is not caused by misuse, external damage, or underlying concrete conditions beyond our control.
   

• Damage from weather, flooding, chemicals, impact, or heavy equipment.
   
• Movement, settling, or cracking in the existing concrete substrate.
   
• Issues resulting from neglect, abuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
   

All repair requests must be submitted within 7 days of noticing the issue by emailing info@protectconcretecoating.com
