Refund & Repair Policy

Pro-Tect Concrete Coating does not offer refunds on deposits or completed work. All sales are considered final once materials have been ordered or installation has commenced.

However, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and products. If any issue arises due to our error or a product defect, we will inspect and, if confirmed, repair the affected area at no cost to the customer.

This repair policy applies only if:

• The surface has been properly maintained.
• The issue is not caused by misuse, external damage, or underlying concrete conditions beyond our control.

This policy does not cover:

• Damage from weather, flooding, chemicals, impact, or heavy equipment.
• Movement, settling, or cracking in the existing concrete substrate.
• Issues resulting from neglect, abuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
